I had a blast chatting with Paul on the Group Therapy Podcast, where we dove into everything from my early days with a ghostly “imaginary friend” to my journey as a paranormal investigator. We covered a lot—ghosts, cosplay, comic books, and even some of the gatekeeping I’ve encountered in the paranormal world.
One highlight? Sharing my first experiences investigating with an unexpected spirit guide from childhood and discussing how that led me to Paranormal Xpeditions. Paul and I laughed over the realities of filming paranormal TV—the long, freezing nights, the endless hours of editing—and how it’s not always as glamorous as it looks on screen. We also touched on working with Zak Bagans and the doors it opened for us, showing that sometimes, the scariest part of this field is just getting in the door!
If you’re into ghost stories, comic book deep-dives, or the occasional debate on cosplay, you’ll want to check out this episode. Thanks again to Group Therapy for the invite—I’m looking forward to even more wild conversations next time!
Catch the episode, and let me know what you think!
